Regulation is very reassuring for our clients because:
- Being authorised and regulated means we follow rules set out by the FSA underpinning the high standard of our service.
- In the unlikely event of something going wrong, we have a structured complaint process allowing our clients to achieve satisfactory resolution. If this cannot be achieved with us directly, eligible clients can approach the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). This is an independent adjudicator that will impartially look at complaints and award redress where appropriate.
When you become one of our clients, we will provide you with our Terms of Business, formally setting out the way we conduct business and explaining your rights as our client. This document also details your rights to access the FOS.
