Andy has 20 years of industry experience supporting SMEs and multi-nationals across the spectrum of Employee Benefits solutions. He specialises in helping clients with big picture strategic advice and introducing benefits technology.

A Chartered Accountant with a background in M&A, Matthew enjoys building client relationships and helping clients identify opportunities to bring their EB programme to life.

Divisional Director
